Color Changes on the Slant in Amigurumi

Crochet in the Round - Easier Way

 This is an easier way to crochet in the round.  The video has no words and is a little long (and the music isn't great)...but the technique it shows is so much easier to understand than other ways I've been taught.  Check this video out from Crochet Now.  Even shows you how to finish off the piece with an invisible join.

Crochet Around a Chain

 

This is a great video on how to get a better looking foot on amigurumi.  Sometimes your patterns start with a chain and you have to stitch on either side of the chain to start your piece.  There's always a gap that looks like a little ladder.  This shows you what to do so that DOESN'T happen!  Brilliant!
